Pigging valve is a new type of valve which is mainly used for cleaning pipelines in water, oil, natural gas and other long distance transportation pipelines, and is used for launching and receiving of pig. With the corresponding pig, it is easy to complete the pipeline cleaning, emptying and isolating, and the sequencing of the transport medium, and the detection of the pipeline system. It can replace the traditional complex pig transmitting and receiving device with pig transceiver tube as the core. The structure of the pigging valve is a new type of innovative valve designed on the basis of the structural principle of the fixed ball valve and the addition of functions. Inheriting the performance characteristics of the two-position truncated ball valve, the valve is opened and closed through the 90°rotation of the ball core, which is easy to design into double blocking and discharge, so that the valve can discharge the medium in the body cavity when it is fully opened or fully closed.
A branch pipe is arranged on the side of the valve body, and the branch pipe center intersects vertically with the center of the pipeline. A quick-opening blind plate and a vent valve are installed on the branch pipe, so that the pig can easily close the pig valve or take out the pig valve. The diameter of the ball through the hole is larger, and a stop bar is arranged at one end of the through hole to prevent the pig from passing and allow the medium to flow.
