Y-type three-way ball valve is manufactured according to API 6D standard. The valve adopts forged bolt two-piece split design, which is suitable for small diameter ball valve.
The upstream flow of pressure pushes the free-floating ball against the downstream seat, and the resulting pressure provides a sealing solution.
The stem is connected to the top of the ball, allowing the valve to change the flow of the medium in a motion of 120°, which is similar to the movement of the L-shaped three-way ball valve, and there is another valve structure action change of 135°.
According to the different pipe media and media temperature, the selection of materials can be customized, if the pipe media temperature is high, we can produce different sealing rings of ball valves to meet the needs of customers.
